Join us for a two-week parent workshop designed specifically for parents of Pre-K and elementary-aged children. This encouraging and informative class will equip you with practical strategies to better understand childhood anxiety\, respond with confidence\, and help your child develop healthy coping skills and lasting self-confidence. The workshop will be led by Courtney Dillon\, MS\, LPC\, a licensed professional counselor with experience helping children and families navigate anxiety and emotional well-being. \nChildcare available upon request.
