SUMMARY:Beyond the Nest
DESCRIPTION:For the majority of parents\, your time and energy are invested deeply into your children as they grow to adulthood. Where do you put that time and energy once they have left the nest? Join us for a 3 week exploration of the highs and lows of moving beyond the nest. We will explore the changing dynamics of your relationship with your young adult child\, the changing dynamics within your life partnership as well as how to care for yourself as an individual through both the grief and the joy. This class will be facilitated by Doug and Jennifer Bradt. Doug has spent his professional life in the corporate arena as a people leader. In addition\, he is certified in Dare to Lead through Brene Brown’s program and is a Life/Executive Coach through iPEC. Jennifer Bradt\, MS\, LPC-S\, NCC\, CCTP\, ADS is a 30 year veteran in the mental health world. They are both the proud parents of two grown daughters and have navigated their own journey into redecorating and repurposing their nest. \nContact Rev.
