This is a three-part coaching series designed to help you navigate holiday celebrations with more confidence, balance, and intention. Through practical nutrition strategies, chef-inspired food tips, and guided coaching conversations, participants will learn how to build satisfying holiday plates, manage cravings and energy, and create realistic strategies for parties, family gatherings, and busy schedules. By the end of the series, participants will have a personalized holiday wellness plan that supports enjoyment of the season without the “all-or-nothing” mindset. Contact Rev. Handi Jo Dolloff-Holt at handijo@graceavenue.org with questions.
This class will be led by Chef Janet Kirker, Functional Medicine Academy Certified Health Coach.
For more than 30 years, Janet has built her career around food—as a chef, a culinary leader, and a passionate advocate for nourishing others. Throughout that journey, she discovered that true wellness extends far beyond what is on our plates. Janet’s own health journey deepened her appreciation for the powerful connection between food, lifestyle, and overall well-being, ultimately leading her to become a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
Today, Janet combines her culinary expertise with evidence-based coaching techniques to help women in midlife navigate the physical and emotional changes that often accompany this stage of life. Whether you are looking to improve your energy, create healthier habits, manage stress, support your wellness goals, or simply feel more like yourself again, Janet provides compassionate guidance and practical strategies that fit your real life.
Janet believes that healthy living should be both achievable and enjoyable. By combining the joy of food with personalized wellness coaching, Janet helps clients create sustainable changes that support long-term health and vitality.
