Facility Rentals at Grace Avenue
Grace Avenue hosts a pumpkin patch each year called Pumpkins on the Prairie. This started back in 2011 before we even had a building! It has been our largest community outreach event for over half of our church’s life.

Spaces Available for Rent
Sanctuary
The Sanctuary at Grace Avenue seats up to 450 people and is equipped with audio & video capabilities. As you enter the building, you step into the Narthex. This is a lobby space in front of the Sanctuary that serves as a place to greet guests, direct to restrooms, or set up tables with information.
Worship Center
Our modern Worship Center seats up to 250 people seated in rows or 200 seated around tables and a standing capacity of 450. This space also includes audio and video capabilities. There is a kitchenette adjacent to the Worship Center with a fridge, ice machine, and microwave. It is accessible from the Worship Center through a service window that can be closed when not in use.
Tom Graves Hall
This space is a fellowship hall with a seated capacity of 100 and a standing capacity of 250. Tom Graves Hall also has audio and video capabilities with a new state of the art LED screen. There is a kitchenette attached with a warmer, fridge, ice machine, and microwave. It is accessible from the main room through a service window with sliding barn doors.
Classrooms
We have a variety of classrooms available on our second floor that can accommodate various group sizes, and each comes equipped with audio and video capabilities. Our second floor is accessible by both stairs and an elevator. There are bathrooms and a kitchenette on this floor. The kitchenette includes a fridge, ice machine, and microwave. It is accessible from the hallway through a service window. The classrooms on our lower floor are all preschool classrooms.
Edge Room
The EDGE Room is a large multipurpose space located on our ground floor that is accessible from an exterior exit. The room can be divided with a partition and includes its own set of family restrooms.
The Bride's Room
The Bride’s Room is accessible from the Narthex adjacent to the Sanctuary. This room can be set up to be used as a getting ready space for a wedding, a bereavement space for families during funeral services, or as a meeting space for small groups. It features a wall of mirrors that can be used as a vanity as well as a large floor length mirror. This room includes its own family restroom.
The Prayer Room
The Prayer Room is accessible only from the outside of the church. This can be used as small group meeting space or as additional family space during special events.
