Pumpkins on the Prairie
Grace Avenue hosts a pumpkin patch each year called Pumpkins on the Prairie. This started back in 2011 before we even had a building! It has been our largest community outreach event for over half of our church’s life.
Volunteer Opportunities
The pumpkin patch is operated entirely out of Grace Avenue, which means we need your help to keep it running throughout the month of October! There are volunteer opportunities to help setup and cleanup, to assist with elementary school field trips during the week, and on weeknights and weekends for daily operations. Volunteers will do things like run the check out and concessions stand, assist with activities like our pumpkin launcher and the hay rides, and simply welcome visitors to the pumpkin patch. There are jobs for every ability, so anyone over the age of 16 is welcome to volunteer.

T-Shirts
The pumpkins are coming – is your wardrobe ready? Visit the patch in style with your very own Grace Avenue Pumpkins on the Prairie T-Shirt! These shirts are only available for pre-order. We have youth and adult sizes for $20 each! Toddler sizes are also available, but only on a black t-shirt. If you’d like a specialty size like a baby onesie, or a larger adult size (3XL, 4XL, etc.), please email jessica@graceavenue.org your request and we will see if we can make it happen for you!
