Care & Healing
Find Support at Grace Avenue
Throughout the seasons of life, we are not meant to walk alone – especially in the heaviest moments. We have dedicated spaces and teams of people who are here to help carry the load with you. This is essential to our mission of creating a sense of emotional home for all.
Classes & Workshops
Classes & Workshops are short-term opportunities that are focused on specific topics or come up during certain seasons.
Support Groups
Support Groups are ongoing community spaces centered around specific shared experiences. These groups meet regularly to be a support system for each other.
Care Teams
Care Teams are how we take care of each other. By coming together to provide care to each other, both within the congregation and to our broader community, we are living out our call to love our neighbors. In all of life’s difficult moments, we have teams of people who can help. If you or a loved one find yourselves homebound or hospitalized, we would love to bring you a prayer blanket, hot meal, communion, or just come visit and pray with you.

Health Ministries
Led by a dedicated team of fifteen church members, Health Ministries at Grace Avenue focuses on the holistic care for the mind, body, and spirit – aiming to support our members while building meaningful connections within the community.
In response to our sermon series “Whole” that emphasized the importance of caring for our minds, bodies, and spirits holistically, several Grace Avenue members have shared reflections from their own health journeys in a video series entitled “Abundant Health Stories.” Perhaps their story might help you on your journey. Thank you to Rodney, Nancy, Janet, and Hettie for sharing their stories.
