Grace Avenue is excited to announce a memorable pilgrimage to England, the birthplace of Methodism, taking place November 3–11, 2027. Together, we will walk in the footsteps of John and Charles Wesley, visiting the places where the Methodist movement began and where countless lives were transformed by the grace of God.
More than a tour of historic sites, this pilgrimage invites us to slow down, pay attention, and see our faith with fresh eyes. As we explore our Wesleyan roots, we will have opportunities for worship, learning, reflection, fellowship, and conversation. We hope this journey will deepen our faith, strengthen our community, and help us discover anew what it means to be people whose hearts are “strangely warmed.”
We are honored to partner with Educational Opportunities Tours. Your tour hosts will be Billy and Laura Echols-Richter alongside experienced world travelers, Kenneth and Suzanne Wolverton. They are excited to share their travel experience with the Grace Avenue family as we journey together through England and explore the places that shaped John Wesley and our Methodist heritage.
Whether England is new to you or you have visited before, we believe this pilgrimage will be an opportunity to learn, worship, connect, and be renewed. We hope you will prayerfully consider joining us.
