This holiday season, Grace Avenue is working to provide supplies for those in our community to make holiday meals for their families. These boxes will go to families in our English as a Second Language (ESL) program, those we serve through the Feed My Sheep food pantry with Building the Bridges, as well as those who need additional support in our Grace Avenue and Grace Chapel communities.
Sign up to help us meet our goal of 125 boxes. You can pick up a list of foods and a cardboard box in the church office hallway by the Learning Center Lobby (next to Keri’s office) beginning Sunday, October 11. The list of foods is also provided at the sign up link. It includes things like stuffing mix, canned vegetables, pie filling, seasonings, and other items necessary to make a full meal for the holidays.
Purchase all the items on the list, place them inside the box, and tape the list to the outside of the box. One Box per meal – it’s okay if you cannot close it when you drop it off.
Drop off boxes by the World Map whenever filled by Sunday, November 8.
